How to access our Virtual School'S TEAMS?
The School’s Virtual Team is an online learning space used to share general year group work, resources, and updates that students can access remotely. It is not subject-specific; instead, it contains information relevant to the whole year group. Curriculum booklets will be updated and shared in this Team. Subject-related work will continue to be posted in students’ individual Class Teams.
How to access Bromcom Student Portal?
At The Malling School, we use Bromcom as our Management Information System (MIS), which plays a vital role in supporting our daily operations. The Student Portal is the student-focused interface within Bromcom, providing easy access to key information such as weekly timetables & assigned homework tasks.
The Student Portal is available through both a web browser and a mobile app, giving your child easy access to important school information outside of school hours. The app can be downloaded on both iPhone and Android devices; however, students are not required to download the app - full access is available via the web browser.

HOW TO ACCESS Student EMAIL
To access your school email, go to www.office.com, where you can sign in to Microsoft 365, including Outlook.
Sign in using your school email address (for example, 25smithj@themallingschool.kent.sch.uk) and enter your school password. Once logged in, select Apps and then click Outlook.
