What is the Bromcom Student Portal?
At The Malling School, we use Bromcom as our Management Information System (MIS), which plays a vital role in supporting our daily operations. The Student Portal is the student-focused interface within Bromcom, providing easy access to key information such as weekly timetables & assigned homework tasks.
The Student Portal is available through both a web browser and a mobile app, giving your child easy access to important school information outside of school hours. The app can be downloaded on both iPhone and Android devices; however, students are not required to download the app - full access is available via the web browser.

Tracking homework:
Students should log in to the student portal to view all homework assignments and their due dates; this portal should be used as an online homework diary. Students will receive comprehensive training on how to track their homework using the portal in school.
How to access the student portal – general overview for parents and students
The student portal can be accessed by the following URL:
School ID: 14695
Username: This is the students admission number
Password: Students will set their password in school

Bromcom Student app
Please be aware that students are not required to download the app to a mobile device, and that the app cannot be accessed on the school site as per the schools’ phone policy.
If students do choose to download the app, please sign using the same login details used to access the web version.
Accessing help with the Bromcom Student Portal
If students require help with the Bromcom Student Portal they can drop in to rooms B3 or B4 during lunchtime Monday - Friday or contact their from tutor for assistance.
