Equipment
Pupils at The Malling School are required to have the following equipment for lessons. This equipment needs to be carried in a school bag that is sufficiently big enough to hold it all.
Required equipment every day:
- Knowledge Organiser (preferably in a plastic wallet)
- Pens (Blue or Black AND Green)
- Pencil
- Ruler
- Eraser
- Sharpener
- Appropriate books
- Calculator (for mathematics and science)
- Mini-white board and pen
- Highlighters
Required equipment on certain days (according to timetable):
- PE kit
- Cooking ingredients (for Food Technology)
We welcome your support in ensuring that your child comes to school every day with the required equipment in order for them to successfully participate in all lessons. We carry out regular equipment checks with pupils and should there be a persistent problem, pupils should expect to be placed in a lunchtime or after-school detention.
